Bax Antibody 能够检测内源的Bax 总蛋白。此抗体不与Bcl-2家族的其它成员交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的人源 Bax 蛋白N-末端残基相对应的肽段来免疫动物而获得。抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析法纯化。Bax Antibody detects endogenous levels of total Bax protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other Bcl-2 family members.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino-terminal residues of human Bax. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
