用于FFPE组织样本DNA提取，高得率，高质量，12排8联管，96个样/kit。FFPE sections ≤ 25 μm，FFPE cores 直径≤ 1.25 mm，在5mg组织以内，效果更佳。需配合 Perkin Elmer chemagen magnetic separation 系统来纯化抽提出的DNA。该kit需要配套 Heat Block microTUBE Adapters 500406 加热适配器。 备注:E220仪器需配套8联排管Rack 500437和增强器500141；或12排8联排管Rack 500444和增强器500141；LE220仪器需配套12排8联排管 Rack-XT 500485。 需要配套8联排管压盖器500469和12排8联排管Heat Block Rack适配器使用 500481。 The kit contains reagents and consumables required for the high yield and high quality DNA extraction from 96 FFPE tissue samples.
