PicoPLEX Gold Single Cell DNA-Seq Kit
PicoPLEX Gold Single Cell DNA-Seq Kit (PicoPLEX Gold) 是一种旨在从单细胞中生成高质量的DNA文库，以便在Illumina平台进行测序的试剂盒。该试剂盒基于PicoPLEX专利技术（U.S. Patents 8,206,913），优化用于检测拷贝数变异 (CNVs)、单核苷酸变异 (SNVs)、插入缺失 (indels) 和结构变异 (SV)。PicoPLEX Gold kit在SNV检测中表现出比MDA技术更好的性能。
PicoPLEX Gold Single Cell DNA-Seq Kit不包含index。兼容的 Index如下所述，需要单独购买。
PicoPLEX WGA是一种在全球被广泛用于检测单细胞中CNV的全基因组扩增（WGA）技术。最初，PicoPLEX技术主要用于高再现性的检测非整倍体异倍性和CNV。为了满足准确检测SNV的需求，对PicoPLEX WGA技术中的酶、引物和protocols进行了进一步优化，不仅提升了扩增的覆盖度、一致性、准确性，同时提高了CNV、SNV、Indel和其他SV的分辨率，并且保持了高重现性。
PicoPLEX Gold Single Cell DNA-Seq Kit可以固定细胞或非固定细胞起始，只需简单的4步操作流程，即可在3小时内完成Illumina NGS文库的构建，且手动操作时间非常短。
 
DNA HT dual index kits
DNA HT dual index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含Illumina Nextera® XT v2 index序列对应的index引物，最多可提供384种不同的双端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。其中index引物预先分装在4个的不同条形码标记的index微孔板中，每个微孔板可提供不同的96种index组合 (Code No.R400660-R400663)，index微孔板（96N Sets A-D）的每个孔提供的量足够进行一次测序反应；另一种是一套中有24个单独的反应管，每个反应管中包含不同的双端index组合（Code No.R400664），且每个反应管（24N）提供的量足够进行两次测序反应。
 
DNA unique dual index kits
DNA unique dual index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含“IDT for Illumina UD”对应的index引物，最多可提供96种不同双端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。index引物预先分装在不同的4组各24个单独的管中，其中每组可提供24种不同index引物组合（Code No.R400665-R400668）。每个index引物管（24U Sets A-D）提供的量足够进行两次测序反应。
 
DNA single index kits
DNA single index kits是与 ThruPLEX或 PicoPLEX文库制备试剂盒搭配使用，用以构建Illumina测序文库的index引物试剂盒。这些试剂盒包含与“TruSeq LT set A”序列对应的index引物，可提供24种单端index，用于样本混合测序时的区分。index引物预先分装在不同的2组各12个单独的管中，其中每组可提供12种不同index引物组合（Code No.R400695和R400697）。每个index引物管（12U Sets A-B）提供的量足够进行8次测序反应。
