Bcl-2 antibody (Human Specific)能够检测内源水平Bcl-2总蛋白。此抗体与Bcl-2家族的其它成员不会发生交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成人Bcl-2 蛋白 Gly41位点周围残基相对应的肽段来免疫动物而获得。次区域在小鼠和大鼠中都不是保守区域。该抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析法纯化。Bcl-2 antibody (Human Specific) detects endogenous levels of total Bcl-2 protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other Bcl-2 family members.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gly41 of human Bcl-2, a region not conserved in mouse or rat. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Phospho-Bcl-2 (Thr56) Antibody (Human Specific)只能检测内源水平的在thr56 位点磷酸化的Bcl-2蛋白。在内源水平上，此抗体不与未磷酸化的Bcl-2和Bcl-2家族的其它成员交叉反应。该多克隆抗体是采用合成的Bcl-2 Thr56位点周围残基相对应的磷酸化肽段来免疫动物而获得。抗体是通过protein A和多肽亲和层析法纯化。Phospho-Bcl-2 (Thr56) Antibody (Human Specific) detects endogenous levels of Bcl-2 only when phosphorylated at threonine 56. It does not cross-react with non-phosphorylated Bcl-2 or with other Bcl-2 family members at endogenous levels.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Thr56 of human Bcl-2. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.

Human Bcl-2家族蛋白是在细胞凋亡过程中起关键性作用的一类蛋白质，本制品包含扩增human Bcl-2 family基因的cDNA的Primer set。可扩增human Bcl-2 family中的7种基因的cDNA (mcl-1,bfl-1,bax-α,bcl-2,bak,bik,bcl-x*) 和β-actin基因。 (*human Bcl-x primer mix是在bcl-xL和bcl-xS基因的相同序列上设计的引物，因此使用同一个引物可分别扩增bcl-xL和bcl-xS基因) 。
APO Positive Control 1 RNA中包含上述8种引物的序列，可以与试剂盒中所有的引物进行PCR反应。以Positive Control RNA为模板的扩增产物，与实际mRNA扩增产物的片段大小不同，易于区别。
