◆背景


　　Gtr2（341 个氨基酸，38.6 kDa）是在酵母中鉴定的 RagC 的酵母同系物，作为 Ras 样小 GTP 酶的亚族。在细胞质中，GTP 结合的 Gtr2 与 Gtr1 形成异源二聚体，通过 mTOR 信号通路参与细胞自噬。

◆背景


　　Forkhead 转录因子 FoxO 控制参与细胞周期，细胞死亡，代谢和氧化应激的各种细胞过程。 最近的研究还提示 FoxO 是各种生物体的寿命调节的关键分子。 果蝇具有单个 FoxO基因（dFoxO），其失活对于存活不构成影响。 然而，dFoxO 似乎调节抵抗氧化应激和果蝇的衰老。 由于 dFoxO 的活性受磷酸化，泛素化和乙酰化调节，在使用该抗体的免疫印迹实验中可能出现多个 dFoxO 的条带。 该抗体可检测总 dFoxO 蛋白的内源水平。
