SirT2（D4O5O）Rabbit mAb 兔单抗能够检测内源性的SirT2总蛋白水平。该抗体不会与其他sirtuin蛋白发生交叉反应。该单克隆抗体是采用合成的与人源SirT2蛋白Pro205残基周围序列相对应的肽段免疫动物而生产的。SirT2 (D4O5O) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of total SirT2 protein. This antibody does not cross-react with other sirtuin proteins.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Pro205 of human SirT2 protein.

Note for Content: The number of manual tests per kit can be doubled if all volumes are halved. This can be readily accommodated using the MegaQuantTM Wave Spectrophotometer (D-MQWAVE).
