    本制品是从小鼠尾等动物组织及植物组织、加工食品等简便制备粗提裂解液的试剂。
    在样品中加入Lysis Buffer和Proteinase K，加热处理后获得的粗提裂解液（提取上清）可作为粗提样品用PCR试剂[Tks Gflex™ DNA Polymerase（Code No. R060A/B）、MightyAmp™ DNA Polymerase Ver.3（Code No. R076A/B）等] 的模板。

    EGFR的兔源单克隆抗体(D38B1)XP®能检测内源EGFR的水平。本抗体不与ErbB家族的其它蛋白发生交叉反应。单克隆抗体通过免疫动物得到，作为免疫原的融合蛋白是含有人EGFR蛋白胞内区氨基酸序列。EGF Receptor (D38B1) XP® Rabbit mAb detects endogenous levels of total EGF receptor protein. The antibody does not cross-react with other proteins of the ErbB family.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a fusion protein containing the cytoplasmic domain of human EGF receptor.
